I firmly believe that our preferences for cheap beer are dependent upon social circles, types of bars or drinking locations, and the people around you. This is true for me. The cheap beers I order or buy are dependent upon my current environment, who’s with me, and what I see around me. For this reason, I held a blind cheap beer tasting to determine which cheap beer truly tasted the best to me.
There has only been one annual blind cheap beer tasting. It was a great success, but there is room for improvement, especially in the design of the tournament. Comparing cheap beers while drinking cheap beers led to some interesting design challenges. Ask me and I’ll tell you all about it.
